Hello, Martyn!

One of the most exciting moments of 2024 was welcoming Martyn Cook to the team full-time. After years as a valued freelancer, Martyn officially joined us as a web developer, specialising in Craft CMS and front-end technologies.

From the moment he started, Martyn seamlessly integrated into our processes, bringing his technical expertise, warm personality, and contagious positivity to every morning stand-up. This year, he played a pivotal role in rolling out major features for clients like Orbis and Clear.bank. We couldn’t be happier to have him on board and are excited to see what we’ll achieve together in the years ahead.

Gripable: Health Innovation at Its Finest

Our partnership with Gripable has gone from strength to strength. For several years, we’ve been helping them realise their vision of using grip strength analysis to diagnose and improve health conditions.

This year, we supported their in-house development team with the UX and UI design of their mobile app, now used by healthcare professionals worldwide. It’s been a privilege to contribute to their mission, and we look forward to continuing this impactful collaboration into 2025 and beyond.

Power of Nutrition: Fighting Malnutrition Globally

Working with The Power of Nutrition has been an inspiring highlight of 2024. Dedicated to combating malnutrition and transforming lives, their mission is as powerful as it is necessary.

Our team designed and developed a new Craft CMS-powered website, combining functionality and aesthetics to enhance user experience and make it easier for supporters to engage with their cause. Huge thanks to The Power of Nutrition team for their collaboration - we can’t wait to see the positive impact this new website will have.

Manchester Women’s Aid: Empowering and Protecting

Another highlight was the launch of the redesigned website for Manchester Women’s Aid, an organisation close to our hearts. Their unwavering commitment to supporting those experiencing abuse is truly inspiring.

Our team worked tirelessly to ensure the website prioritises user safety, accessibility, and empowerment, making it easier for people to find the help they need. We’re honoured to support such vital work and are thrilled to see how this new platform will aid their mission.

The Pankhurst Museum: Honouring History

As a sister project to Manchester Women’s Aid, we also had the privilege of launching the new website for the Pankhurst Museum, the birthplace of the suffragette movement. This museum holds a unique place in history as the former home of the Pankhurst family and a symbol of women’s fight for the right to vote.

Working with Eli and her team to bring both the Pankhurst Museum and Manchester Women’s Aid websites to life has been a rewarding journey. We’re proud to support such meaningful causes through our work.

Subism.co.uk Gets a Facelift

This year, we also turned our attention inward with a much-needed refresh of the Subism website. Transitioning to Webflow has been a game-changer, allowing us to rapidly iterate on landing pages and components. The new site reflects our identity while giving us the agility we need to stay ahead in a fast-paced digital world. We’re thrilled with the results and excited to explore what’s next for our online presence.
