Avery Dennison & Klabu
A stylish microsite for a highly targeted QR code campaign
Avery Dennison joined forces with the Klabu Foundation to create a sustainable sports club in Kenya. The Foundation funds new sports facilities, buys equipment and trains local sports managers. The project was intended to draw the attention of big brand CEOs to the scheme – its cause, partnerships and innovations.
OUR APPROACH
Shirts + Triggers
Each CEO would receive a custom shirt from Avery Dennison with a QR code on it.When triggered, it would open up a microsite to showcase all the different technological and charitable aspects of the project.
OUR APPROACH
Collaboration + Integration
Futures research agency Franklin Till partnered as Art Directors on the project – a javascript microsite for mobile devices that used the patterns from the shirts as striking backgrounds to the content.
The end result was fast loading, including form integrations with Avery Dennison’s custom enterprise CRM.
THE RESULTS
A sleek microsite with all the feel of a high-end app
A sleek microsite with all the feel of a high-end app, delivered with a tight turnaround to coincide with delivery of the physical shirts.
It was an honour to collaborate with Franklin Till on a project with a charitable purpose as well as a unique delivery format.
